Elvin is the best. The results were so clear because he is so skilled and dedicated. You can tell that he has a personal investment in others health and fitness. He even looks out for me long since my package ran out
. He genuinely cares. He is so knowledgeable though I really appreciated that he didn't waste time in our sessions with showing off how much he knows (I've experienced that a couple times). So many trainers just seem to do it because they themselves are fit (which Elvin is!) and they seem to wish they were somewhere else but Elvin stays focused and committed to his work.
I also so appreciated how flexible his training was depending on how I came in. I always got a great workout though there were some days when I was full of energy, some days I was exhausted, some where I was in a bad mood and didn't want to talk, some when I was super chatty. He always managed to get the work done and I saw results with him quicker than I had expected.
I was nervous to spend the money on a trainer but I feel I've more than got my moneys worth! In his fun and encouraging way, he's changed my attitude to working out and staying fit. He also gave me tools and information to carry on working out on my own. I have a new confidence in using the gym too. I can't describe how happy I am that I've experienced being trained by Elvin!

In the past ten years, I’ve worked out with ten different trainers in four different countries. Elvin is, by leaps and bounds (by squats and curls, by leg-presses and jump-rope…pick your preferred athletic metaphor) the best trainer I’ve ever had, both in terms of our personal interaction and in terms of the results of our workouts.
Elvin told me that as a trainer, his most important client is himself. This speaks to his dedication to his craft. Elvin is a serious professional athlete, and has an extraordinary understanding of physical fitness. He also understands the emotional and psychological elements involved in training. Elvin was always deeply, and calmly, focused on our workouts. He has a tremendous ability to know when (and how) to encourage, to know when to push, to know when to move on to a different activity. Coach Elvin is amazing! He is focused, skilled, and committed to making you the best version of yourself. He quickly learns about your skills and abilities, making sure your workout is challenging, but never impossible. Elvin does a wonderful job at creating a workout fitted to you. He knows my strong areas as well as my weak ones, but most importantly, he knows the best way I can improve. We began my training by enhancing areas that would be beneficial to my activities, like cardio and strength training. But as soon as I mentioned I was starting a new sport, we immediately began working on speed, adjility, and endurance, while maintaining areas of fitness that we previously focused on. His training has been incredibly useful for my journey as an athlete, making better at every activity I do.
He is great at working with and around injuries. You can tell he is skilled and knowledgeable when he not only accommodates injuries, without lessening the workout, but also puts effort into healing the injury. I have been dealing with knee issues for a while, but because of Coach Elvin dedicating time to strengthen and correct them, I have noticed major differences over the time I have been working with him.
Along with being an incredible trainer and athlete, he is fun to work with. Every time I go, he appears to be in the best mood, always starting the session with a big smile. His positivity shines through, even on the rough days, and encourages me to try my best. Coach Elvin has helped me feel healthier, stronger, and an all around better athlete. I would definitely recommend his coaching for anyone who wants the same results!
